Yet Another NetJets Question
What is the deal the pay scale (according to APC) at NetJets? Why is reserve pay higher than the normal pay? Is that a mistake? I am sorry if this question has already been answered or if this is common knowledge.

regular sched if 7 on 7 off, or a average of 15.2 days a month, flex, or reserve, sched is 18 days a month. its gets paid more, which is basiclly 3 more days at the daily average salary per month.
