Moving betwween Fracs
 

NJA guys, do you see alot of movement from say CS or Flex to NJA. I am with Cs and seriously thinking about applying to NJA. CS is not making money although we do have deep pockets with Cessna. Also, I am not a fan of the merit based system, too subjective and puts too much power into the hands of one person to decide your future. I would love to hear your opinions on jumping ship.

In my indoc class there was 1 dude from FLops out of 30 of us. In my interview class there was 2 dudes from FLops, so they are taking people from the other fracs. Give it a try.
