I read this entire thread and have very little idea of what one’s real world earning potential is at FlexJet. I’ve read the APC page a swell and, using the daily rates calculated at 15-16 days a month, I think I have an idea of what one’s base salary might look like.

That said, what are guys making as either an FO or CA in the various fleet types?

I'm a Challenger FO and I'm going to make close to 95K.

Thank you for sharing! I’m assuming that’s total compensation for the year.

Any data points for Phenom FOs, CAs, or Challenger CAs?

Phenom guys make the same amount. 421 a day. I've flown with CA that make between 150,000 to 300K plus. Obviously the higher number the longer they have been here for the captains.

That sounds decent all-round. I’m guessing Phenom captains are making significantly less?

Apps are being reviewed. Update your application. If you have a referral, make sure they sent it in. Good luck.

When you say “update the app” are you saying make sure a new resume is attached to your iCims app or does everybody have an app on pilotcredentials?

I would say attach a new resume if the one on file is out dated. And also if you happen to have met any pilots at flex who could give you a recommendation, you have the ability to update that as well.

Good luck to all!

FYI, Pilotcredentials is NOT monitored. Don’t bother. The FlexJet.com/careers icims website is the one to use.

Hopefully this means people like me who've been in the hiring process since early 2020 will see some movement too! Only have the in-person/sim ride left, but it's been that way for a year now 😅 Fingers crossed for good news!
