Sorry, but that is simply pathetic.... $45K base for a FO position when a newhire at the regionals can be paid upwards of $60K to fly RJs? What's next? Will Flexjet be paying Aerion pilots $100K per year to fly the next Concorde?

What a shame! I have always had respect for Flexjet and the crews I have met on the road.

I'll bet you $100k per year that not one of the Aerions ever show up.

Remember, this is not a business. This is Kenn's personal vendetta against the pilots. He will never forgive us for being union pilots.

I can't see that happening, but I'll stay tuned. Everyone else in the industry is ramping up pay.

I hope the arbitrator sees it that way too. But again, see my post above. This is not a business. It is Kenn's personal vendetta against the pilots.

I'm afraid that is the current state of affairs. And with both Ricci and his henchman Sylvestro refusing to join in any negotiations, it is not going to change for the foreseeable future.

The latest on negotiations: management is more recalcitrant than ever. This has turned into a miserable workplace. Walk the other way when you see them at your job fair. This is not where you want to be. You can not make a career here.
