Yes, it's low. 2015 hires at Spirit are making $100,000 more per year than 2015 hires at Flex and have over 1,000 pilots below them in a company that is growing. What am I missing?

Not correct. New FO pay is listed as 85K for year 1-4.

Can someone post the new scales?

Third year captain at NK: $196, include the 2% override and %14 DC you don't get, times ALV = $208K. So yeah, pretty easy to get $210K. Those are 2018 rates, 2019 rates definitely above $210K
