I submitted an app on 12/12. I received an email 1/09 to choose a phone interview date. The first available phone interview date was 2/04.

Nothing so far
Its been two months for me. Every other 135/fractional place got back to me within a week. I even emailed a follow up question about mil conversion with no response. Oh well...

Any kind of insight on the phone interview and the in person interview anyone could provide? Or is aviationinterviews.com a good source?
Also, @ what point in the hiring process does one know what aircraft assignment you will receive?

You'll find out when you show up for indoc and get your iPad. I'd recommend not quitting your previous place until you know for sure. Just my opinion.

That website is pretty straight forward. However, they're just asking questions about you. No tech, none. Just TMAAT questions and general feeler questions.

How to get a flexjet interview fast..
1) Have a current employee submit a referral on your behalf.
2) Google "Flexjet Pilot Recruiter LinkedIn" -> contact information is public. Go to about or experience, send an email to the one listed there. Make sure you have an app in. ^ this has worked for many others who don't know someone working there.
Side note: Even if you're not looking to make a move for the next 6-8 months, do it now.
Good luck.

Everybody upgrades on the Phenom first. You can bid to transition to a Challenger or Legacy, but that's where the seniority kicks in. As of now, it's about a 15-18 years to get those, but the wait will get a little shorter since we're hiring alot of pilots right now, as well as adding many new airplanes to the fleet. Large cabin international captains are all Red Label only. You interview and are selected for those positions.
