What aircraft are new hires getting?

Its seniority based on moving up to captain and getting different aircraft?

iPads included? Given to the pilot as his/hers?
There is no new hires, still have pilots on furlough. There is no upgrades, 80 percent of pilots are captains.

Yes there is a difference between RL pilots and regular Flexjet Pilots. They both do the same work and even fly the same planes but the RL captain gets paid a lot more!!!!!

They are advertising for the FAPA career fair in Vegas April 21. Have furloughs been recalled, or are they anticipating folks will pass on recall?

There has yet to be an official recall for those pilots on furlough. However, some have returned to the flexjet side to fill vacancies in certain airframes. Again, not a recall as of today.

The RL pilots have opted for additional compensation in exchange for their souls.

Other than that, they're identical to the non-RL pilots.

They definitely behaved as if they're hiring at FAPA in Las Vegas.

Just curious. If Flexjet hired a new CL300 FO today, what would overall annual compensation approximately look like for year 1?

You'd gross between $60-70k before bonuses (which are a joke now) and per diem.

You will not gross $60k under management's pay proposal. What they presented in arbitration was substantially less than that. Top pay for a phenom captain was around $90k. So figure around $45k for new hire first officers.

True, I was basing it on the current rates. Good luck with the All Hands Meeting next week. °o°
