It isn't just "not working out" for me.
It is "not working out" for almost everyone who was hired in 2015 and later.
To you more-senior guys, congrats. But the "new hires", we are falling over ourselves to leave.
So either:
A) NetJets (who claimed to have 1000's of apps) chose just a bunch of ungrateful pilots who will never be happy anywhere
OR
B) The job is not competitive for new-hires compared to a lot of the options out there
So your response of "please quit and go and smell the roses". I am. I'm gone. Notice given, out the door. And I'll be replaced (or not replaced since we don't hire pilots anymore) with someone who will come to the same conclusion as me, my classmates, and almost everyone hired since hiring restarted in 2015.

Honestly the longer I'm here the more nervous I am about my future here. Upper management talking about not being able to hire because they'd have to furlough them, no expansion for years, and the company is just pushing pilots harder and harder.

Cardinal rule in aviation, you say yes to the first job that calls. That's what most of us did. All of my new hire class is on the first ticket out. 1 left for a regional, and another is about to give notice. About 30% of the class after us has already left.
We didn't replace attrition last year, and we are falling further behind this year. The company is shrinking and we are just going to be worked to the bone forever here.

Half of my class came in hopes the new contract being as awesome as the scuttlebutt was leading us to believe. And to get hired right after a recall from a security standpoint was appealing. The contract didn't deliver, not even close, thatsca well established fact. Upgrade times are getting worse by the day and this company is only tolerable as a captain.

I am sure you will be at Delta before the summer.....

Well that is unfortunate. But I ask myself, based on what information did people apply and accept the job in 2015 and later??
All vital information was available......pay, schedule, vacation, 401k, seniority etc. etc etc.
Itīs not like NetJets is holding back information and then hit you over the head with a baseball bat once you are hired.

If you don't believe me, ask my interview class (if you can find any of them on property).
I'm just in this thread to keep applicants informed. As I've said before, unless you hate the idea of the 121 world, or you want to live in BFE...NetJets is a hard pass.

He probably will be. Anyone who doesn't see the problem Netjets has is kidding themselves.
If Netjets doesn't give FO's a 50% raise in the next year they will be happy to dump that money into hiring and training new ones.
Of course doing that will require a raise all the way up the chain.

And here we have it folks... Rhino lashing out at various peeps posting why they dislike the NETJETS gig. Whether you like it or not, 90% of what is being posted is spot on. Shrinking seniority list/ sub-par contract/ no mandatory retirement age/ and occasionally... being forced to
fly a 7 day tour with a tool like Rhino...

Ok, fine....you win..I loose and will retreat.....
just wanted to give interested applicants a view from a different - yes positive - perspective.
And Jetlackeynomore, no worries....I donīt think you and I will ever fly together...so save your sick days please :-)
Good luck to all
