What's with the application process? The website does not show a pilot job "result" and therefore no way of submitting a resume. No indication when this may change, no phone number to find out what the hiring may be in the near future. Any thoughts from the netjet guys and gals?

I still can't understand why some of you folks want so desperately to come to NetJets.
No growth and no upgrades for much of the next decade. Minimal hiring to meet attrition. Mouth breathing fossils sitting next to you that need help up the airstairs. A management team that values symbolism over substance and refuses to fix the real leaks in the boat and blames the pilots instead for so-so profitability. A joke of a contract that will last for at least another 7-8 years. Crappy hotels. Crappier crew food. Middle seats in coach for up to TEN HOURS. A union totally DOMINATED by a cabal of arrogant, condescending [£!(#$ and a union sponsored message board that makes Cal Berkely seem like a cuddly, camp fire sing along.
NetJets had its "time" as the place to be in private aviation. That time is over. Take the hint from the smart people that are leaving and find a different gig.

Can't argue about the upgrade times , they are glacial at the present time ,and with 121 hiring like crazy if you ever wanted the airlines , well now is the time to do it. But this job works for some people who like 7 on 7 off , home basing, great insurance, and some interesting flying , the union NJASAP is a good union, the best I've seen in its current iteration, and I've been ALPA and Teamsters. Netjets is not a good fit for everybody, but we are blessed with the best hiring environment in a generation so almost everyone hopefully can find their happy place . The guys who are foaming at the mouth about this place I think have some issues. Netjets is not a utopia, and of course there is room for improvement, but it's not what some of the more shall we say " negative " people on this thread make it out to be either . cheers . peace out . : )
