The happiest pilots I have seen at NJA are pilots who have come from a worse QOL 91 or 135 operator.
Said pilot may live in a small town and may not be considered to fit the mold of a legacy airline.
They are happy with our healthcare, 7 days off, and up to 4 weeks vacation.
For those wanting to escape the regionals thinking NJA would be a nice over on their way to the legacies, I would caution that as A BAD MOVE. Once you come here, it is hard to get the legacy you thought you wanted to work for.
Come here if:
You have a high income earning spouse
You have an inheritance
A successful side business
7n7 is great for your visitation right with you kids
You hate airlines and airline terminals
Free advice.

Well
Netjets called me, said hello, did a 30 min convo phone screening...then sent me an email the next day saying LOL JK!
Can i have those 30 min of my life back? After reading this and seeing the decade long upgrade path...into a Cirrus...i'm ok with not getting farther.

I agree with GeeWizDriver. You only lost 30 minutes of your life with NetJets.

I did my phone interview last week. Lasted about 1 hr. with all the TMAAT questions. The lady was really nice. Then two days later I got a call with an invite to come up to Columbus for the face to face. My schedule didn't agree with this, but most of all the 15 to 20 year upgrade didn't agree with continuing to spin my wheels thinking about Netjets. Today I declined any further interviews. Coming from a background of mostly corporate with some peppering of 121 (Expressjet) and 135 (Journey) flying, Netjets seemed like a dream job. Its just sad how there are NO professional advancements available to the junior pilot group.
