Good luck!

Default Netjets pay:

Alrighty then, in 2015 Netjets pilots struck, and were granted a 30 % increase in pay, over five years. Where do we currently stand with this?

So I was just curious, where we are with regards to the 30% increase?

Settle down there buttercup. Nobody struck for anything. We weren’t even released for a strike, in fact a strike vote wasn’t even close. I would suggest doing lots of research before you start acting like you know what you’re talking about.

The article you posted is with regard to the 2015 CBA. It’s biased as it doesn’t quantify what type of pilot gets the 30% raise over 5 years.

I see, there are separate pay scales, can you please explain how this works moving forward?

I don’t want to explain it, somebody else can.

The SIC payscale is the same no matter what airplane you fly.

The PIC payscales are large cabin and small cabin, the large cabin airplanes are Global Express, DA2000Easy, Challenger 650, Gulfstream GIV, G450, and G550.

Each payscale then addresses which schedule you are on.

Nice, thank you for the explanation. Are there contractual pay increases each year, or am I interpreting the article wrong?

Yes, there are small increases each year. I believe the number you got from the article was referring to the increases over the 5 year life of the contract PLUS the increases in the 3 year extension. It would be the total amount over an 8 year time-frame.
