Fewer hires than we'll have retire/leave. The projected number being reported from people at recurrent seems to fluctuate between 40-60 hires for 2017.

Without at 135 rewrite, you can expect about a 15+ year upgrade for a current new-hire.

Yep. The news is spreading about new fleet failures due to age. We've had some famous failures/retreats. If you're in your 70's, retire or get fired. No new fleet for you. The 350 has had a few too.

Just flew with a retreater. His excuse was the lav in the Latitude wasn't roomy enough to change his diaper. True story
