Delta Private Jets - Aircraft Type
Curious if Delta Private Jets is still looking for First Officer Applicants to pay for their own type ratings?
Any info on this? |
No. They do want you to sign a two year training contract. If you are typed and current in something they are hiring into then you are more likely to get a call. DPJ has very high attrition with pilot moral at an all time low. It isn't a career company and the current regional airline management has let the pilot group know this.

Just a small correction to this post. It is a two (2) year "Promissory Note" not a training contract.
No longer do they have to get an attorney, court etc. if you don't stay/pay. They just go after your credit rating! |

Stay away. Not sure if Jim Segrave still has anything to do with the operation, but I wouldn't work for him or any company associated with him

Evergreen was the carrier to start the termination on your PRIA to enforce the training agreement. That's how they do it. They can NOT come after you for the note. It's just to keep you on the property and extract as much $$$$ out of your ass as they possibly can. |
