the emotional test was ... interesting. I just answered what came straight to my mind. I would really like to see the result... or not??
Looking forward to next week, I hope I make it at least to the sim.
Good luck to all

Hi Rhino, don't sweat the emotional test. I had my one on one interview this morning which took maybe 45 minutes of easy questions about how I've handled various experiences in my career. The is no right answers or ways to study since we've all flown with difficult people, had difficult managers, flown in difficult flight conditions, had things go wrong, etc. I was with a NetJets captain from 8:00 until I left at 12:30. They are evaluating your personal communication skills to decide if you will fit well in the fractional environment where you are flying an owner rather than a customer. The emotional test is all part of that evaluation. I am waiting for the call to come fly the sim or to go home. They said the sim was to make sure we had stick and rudder skills. It is not a check ride.

Myself included, 8 out of 11 received calls for the sim tomorrow. We have a great group and it's unfortunate that everyone can't continue. Hopefully all 8 of us make it through. The gouge posted by Jetlife and others is extremely accurate.

Have to agree totally with Flyboy. What a great interview experience. No pressure (except the self induced )
Relaxed panel with fair questions applicable to the job. The Sim was straight forward, no tricks.
Hope to see the 4/5 Feb guys soon, it was a great group.
Good luck to all who wish to join NetJets.

Well no news is good news, I guess. I did the phone interview on Tuesday and have not heard anything since. How long has anybody waited from the phone interview to either the TBNT letter or the good word? Do they email either way?
