For those of you who have put in applications, what was the time frame between when you applied and when you got the phone call to set up a phone interview? I put in an application early February and haven't heard anything. When did everyone put in their applications? Wondering if I applied when a bunch of other people did too and now they have a backlog...

Put an app in in Dec and got call in Feb. Supposedly they had 1800 resumes on file. Helps to have a rec as well, I'm pretty sure.

Confirmation email from the application process says December 19. Just did my phone interview today. I work with a few others who applied about the same time and are phone interviewing right about now also.

The confirmation email? Is that the one that starts out "thank you for your inquiry regarding......... your resume will be reviewed" etc?
