NetJets Interview Gouge

It was pretty disappointing to get the middle finger and not even make it to the sim, but in hindsight I don't think its the end of the world. The job I have now stinks, but the job market is picking up very quickly, so I doubt I'll be stuck here long. EJA would have been a steady paycheck with good job stability, but sitting in the right seat for 10 years may have gotten frustrating, and left a lot of money on the table. I have 0 121 time, so there is no hope of me getting on at a major, but I have lots of connections in the 91 world, and something is bound to pop one of these days.

Don't sell yourself short on the 121 world. If you get enough TPIC, TT and can attend a fair or get some internal recs then you never know what can happen. Only YOU can make it happen. Sorry to hear about NJA but keep your head up and good luck whatever you decide!
Also, I just found out that out of our group of 12, only 5 got invited to the sim. If EJA wants to hire 200 folks this year, they better refine how the select who they interview!

All good points. Not sure I have a strong enough desire to go to the airlines to do the job fair dance, but I will consider it.

Depending on where you live, I'd say give Piedmont or PSA a shot. Poor pay the first year but both are going to be, or are upgrading quickly. You'll have a great shot at AA within a couple of years as well.
