I'm not sure why it's a bad thing that, when asked their opinion, people are giving it. It is undeniably true that people coming to work for NJA will get paid less than their airline peers, while working longer days, with seniority being honored less, and with a very long upgrade time. They also get to read Tree's posts. I have ten years with the company and am willing to throw it all away to start fresh somewhere else. Our FO attrition rate, especially among our new hires, should be an alarming indication to people applying here.

You've got all these senior FOs and Captains coming into threads about applicants and what they should expect.
Why is it that so, so, so many new FOs are trying to leave? Are we to believe that we all just have a bad attitude and aren't appreciative of everything NJA has done for us?
Comparing a career at NetJets beginning in 2017 vs a career beginning in 2017 at Spirit, Allegiant, Jetblue, Virgin, AA, SWA, Delta, or UAL is a losing proposition for NetJets from a financial perspective. Applicants should be aware of this and equally aware that there is absolutely nothing to indicate whatsoever that this is going to change.

I like it here, it works for me and my familia and our situation but if I was to return to 121 it would be cargo, not pax, I loved the longhaul I did at K4 '11-' '14, great peeps, planes, and flying, but NJA was the more family friendly option, and like I said it works for me and mine, may everyone find their "happy" cockpit place, I'm still a freight dog at heart : )
