I imagine it's mostly scenario-based questions such as "You are flying in the Northeast in the winter and your 76 year-old captain finally keels over dead. Do you continue to MVY with a decent overnight or divert to PVD with better crew food?"

Go to MVY !!! Especially in high summer, once the only place they could find for me and my partner in crime was a 2500$ a night townhouse, 3 bedrooms, living room , and kitchen, on the water, the island was solidly booked, of course YMMV : )

Not that this needs to be said...hopefully you've been reading the dozens of pages in this thread and are well informed. Having said that, anyone considering working there needs to know that you will mathematically NEVER upgrade at Netjets. Not ever...even if you're 23 years old now. There's no mandatory retirement age (yet) and no one is leaving. The company is shrinking and morale, last I heard, was incredibly low - especially for FO's.
So if you plan on being stuck in the right seat of a tiny business jet (couldn't be more worthless on your resume) for your entire career, knock yourself out. NJ is the very definition of a dead end job.

Mamacita is not happy today 😊, but she is right at the PRESENT time about upgrades, glacial movement, but some of us like the job, and are dare I say it , happy , and others are moving onto SWA, United , UPS , who value both what we do , and the skills we employ to do it . So the glass is a little more than half full , OK Mama : )

Just wondering why no one is leaving if it so bad there? And if F.O.'s are leaving in droves, wouldn't that help with upgrade times?
Not being a Richard, just a legit question.

I remember captains, and new FOs being the majority of those who dropped off the seniority lists each month.

I think the majority of FOs that are leaving, are those hired post furlough. Of my new hire class, from 2015, 4 of us left, 1 is waiting a corporate job offer at a company he interviewed, another has an interview with SWA and 3 others are actively trying to leave. Seems like a lot of Furlough recalls are afraid to start over again because they got screwed, although we have a couple of furlough recalls who left within 6 months and they don't regret their decision.

You're saying that lots of people are in fact leaving (yourself included) which would therefore result in quicker upgrades right?
I'm confused.
