Just be advised that if they bring you to CMH and you toe their line in the interview, you'll be placed in a pool for who knows how long before they maybe call you for a class date in the mighty Phenom in which you will languish for years yanking gear, loading baggage, fetching the coffee, restocking and cleaning the jet, and wistfully watching your friends across the runway doubling your paycheck for less work in a Delta, AA, United, Alaska, (insert airline here) cockpit.

If you actually answer the phone call from a 614 area code, don't come across as an axe murderer on the phone, and meet the required minimums, you'll be fine.

Buyer beware.

Right now, it IS that easy to go to Envoy, make $60K+ first year, with guaranteed flow-thru to AA in 3 years. If you're under 40, don't have an interview killer in your background, and can actually string three sentences together in cogent fashion, you're OUT OF YOUR MIND to come to NJ.

You decide which is more comfortable for hours on end:

Envoy is actively advertising 18 month upgrade, $60K + first year, and guaranteed flow-through to AA in 3-4 years. Given the AA retirement forecast, short of the fat, little Korean launching a nuke, I see no reason why Envoy isn't a realistic scenario and a more lucrative career path for a qualified pilot under the age of 40.

Yes, the marketing schpeel, good bait. If you do a tiny bit of research and talk to guys on property you will very quickly realize that the most Junior to flow (AA class of 07/25/17) was hired Sept 2004. Do you really think you'll pass ahead of the guys who were hired in the 13 years in between in the next 3 years, LOL.
For anybody under 40 that wants an airline career track, it is a much faster path to the front seat of an airliner than languishing in the right seat at NJA for who-knows-how-long Good for the youngsters, rearview mirror for old farts like me.
