Lots of info here:

Just plug in "pilot" and "netjets". Many posted their interview experiences. You'll have to register to get past the first few pages of info, but it's free.

Wow, this job sound like hell. What happened?? I thought NetJets was a great place to work. Honestly, I think a regional airline would be a better deal since most have quick upgrades and all you do is show up and fly.

Any input on FO at Netjets vs a regional airline from guys that have experienced both?

David Sokol, Jordan Hansell, and a greedy little gnome from Nebraska happened. The dumpster fire grows by the day.

Run. Away. Quickly.

Results vary.

No job is perfect an some who had been here for less than other flying a large Gulfstream out of their seniority would rather leave than face realities of small cabin service flying. Seniority integration was hard on some egos but most survived just fine.

Hopefully, it’s a great move for all moving on.

And yes... NetJets remains a destination for many regardless of the insecurities expressed my some here who have had a hard time moving on.

(Even though it’s exactly what they said they wanted to do).

Huh? This reply didn't make much sense.

Unfortunately, I guess there just are not many flying jobs where you are treated like a human being and something like NetJets is a destination.

What is your endgame, where do you want to end up? If it’s the majors then go to a regional. If it’s fractional go to NJ.

It will to him.

Some axes and be ground.

For those desiring a fresh start at NetJets...

No, it was pretty nonsensical to me too. Like many of your posts. You really should proofread more...

I’m exactly where my seniority should place me and I’ll be in the same seat for about another 5 years, maybe more. I’m in a fleet that doesn’t get abused nearly as badly as others (despite this week, which is turning into a double F-bomb extravaganza that proves the idiocy of our scheduling department). I’m “grinding this axe” on behalf of all the other poor schmucks in the company that get abused EVERY TOUR and offering a more realistic view of current life at NJ than your rose colored hallucinations. I don’t want a job seeker to be blind-sided when they show up in Bridgeway expecting your milk and cookies and getting handed the sht sandwich instead.

The simple fact is, like another just said, if you want an airline gig, go to a regional. If you want a fractional gig, NJ is better than the others. But it just ain’t that great.

By the way FL, I’ll always be senior to you. By a LOT.
