NetJets Interview Gouge

I was just curious if anyone actually knew when the last upgrade took place. I am not considering it, too many good corporate positions out there hiring direct into the left seat.

Like I said, don't go there.

That sounds like a crap deal right there.

The most junior recent, real upgrade (i.e., not a carryover from the NJI integration) was hired in June of 2005 if memory serves, and he'll be in a Phenom 300 for many years.
Upgrades are going to be very, very slow there for quite a long time. I left a little while ago, but was a late-2006 hire, and was still in the bottom 15% of the seniority list. To get to the same relative seniority position as the 6/05 guy who upgraded, I'd need to move up another 375 spots on the list, and upgrades are very few and far between right now.
Realistically, my crystal ball says that someone hired today would not upgrade for at least fifteen years. The job really does have a lot of positives, but career progression is, unfortunately, no longer one of them.
