So anyone have an idea what the going rate is for a part 135 GIV FO?

Depends on where you live. Have you looked at the ProPilot salary survey? It's a good place to start.

Straight Charter---$85ish
Owner on a 135 Cert----90-100ish

IMHO.

I've seen as low as 55K. This was for a mixed fleet where all FOs in any aircraft were paid the same until upgrade. For straight charter, around 80K for an average cost of living area, 95K for a higher cola and more competitive pilot market.

Does anyone know what World wide out of Teterboro pays their G4 Fo's? I heard they also make you pay for your type rating. Is there any truth to that?
