If anyone thinks either side cares about you, you need to quit drinking the bong water.

Kcm and FAR 117 both came from a pro labor administration. Politics matter.

Crony-capitalism at it's best. Buffet is the big reason why that Keystone pipeline didn't get built. Dude is making billions annual on railroading that oil&gas about the country.

Now THAT'S labor friendly, and why we have FAR 117 today. Your opinion, and the facts don't jive. There is a reason Democrats enjoy the majority of union PAC money.

Back the Pack,

The fact that cargo pilots, who arguably have the most need for improved fatigue regulations, have been exempted from FAR 117 by the labor friendly folks has been a difficult pill to swallow.

We truly have no friends in politics.

There are powerful lobbies in Washington. You take what you can get.
