Ironically, I spent 121 days at work in 2014 at JB. 3 weeks of vacation and lineholder the entire year. Commute to work. I went back and looked at the company logbook printout and counted the days fwiw...never did a stretch of days greater than 4.

And you got unlimited blue chips and blue M&Ms - that's quite a deal!

I'm at Spirit, and all of my reserve days and trips are commuteable. We start with a red eye out of LAS. So I have all day at home before commuting out, and the last day of reserve will get done at 9AM. l would normally get release the night before, and commute home (So that's 3-4 work days a month I'm off). With our work rules we always have "conflicts" bid a 4 day trip that carry over to the next month, and bid a trip that starts on the first. Now, one of those 4 days have to be removed with pay protection. We get 4 days off minimum between trips. I work the system this month and will end up with 14 days off, while credit 140+ and blocking 60 hours. I could have 17-18 and take less credit.

I'm glad all you gents are happy, I've been pleasantly surprised at Netjets since my return last fall, the upcoming CBA will be the deal maker or breaker for many, through use of PTO days, I worked 12 days in June, 12 in August, it's been a wonderful summer, can't believe it's almost over already.

From where you are, JetBlue No and Delta Yes. However as others have mentioned it's not always greener even at Delta. You don't have to commute on your own dime and make good money, good equip etc. Don't y'all have a pension? If so, I would stay.
