Default Netjets TA?

I just got a text from a friend that says you will vote on a new cba next week. I didn't even hear you had a TA. Is this true or false?

Don't know about a TA (terminated when I did not accept recall so no access to the union boards now). However, I can say that your timeline is wrong. If there is a TA, it will be at least a month to do the roadshows, etc that would precede a vote.

90 days was a timeline agreed upon by the union and company starting June 3rd so Sept 3rd is that day. Not set in stone or anything. While significant progress has been made over the last 3 months they are still apart in the areas of compensation and other economic sections so I don't think the 3rd will happen but there may be a TA in next few months???

False. Talks have slowed and both sides are far apart. We are planning pickets on the 10th of Sept. (Multiple Cities).

Edit: Those who don't visit the union board, please do. Just today, the NC reports talks are really far apart. This thing isn't getting done by the 90 day deadline. Please make plans to attend a picket on Sept. 10th in a city near you (listed on the union board). We need everyone!!

Just got the email from the union. We are nowhere near a new contract.

I wonder what they will do with upcoming classes if a strike or walkout is threatening?

Neither is on the horizon. You have to be released to do that...and that will be a long way away. Not that we are not ready..and willing to walk.

Where would NetJets pilots picket? Country clubs and five star resorts?
