And apparently you have no idea how to have a cordial debate. Sorry if I am not surprised The outcome was this for the FIRST TA.

And also it appears the last 100 posts of "all is well" and "life is grand" was all just a lie, because as soon as you get upset you're just as cynical as the rest of us.

I know I'll have a good night, my team is 3 outs from winning game 3 and I have the advantage of watching from the sidelines as some of you are surprised 10/250 may not happen, instead of being ticked off.

They knew what an arbitrator would compare your salaries to. You are at the top of the heap for your type of flying. Most pilots would cut off their left nut for the money you make.
Besides cutting off a nut or two, Kritchlow is correct. An arbitrator will most likely NOT consider your peers Delta

Back in 2007? You guys were being paid peanuts. CS was paid way more than NJ. NJ (rightly so) used that as a negotiating tool and you got a mighty raise. I believe that was 2007, but in all fairness it could have been before that. Either way CS at one point set the bar and NJ played off it, as they should.

Way before my time, if so kudos, but we are going to insist on premium 121 pay, because if we don't insist it will never happen.

If your team is my Mets then we have at least one thing in common, and cordial is the last thing I'm feeling right now. Cynical?, no, disappointed ,at the moment, we will see how all this spools out, you can still #<~%%^ off with your lectures, all in all NJA is a good gig, we are trying to make it into a world beater, legacy pay, better QOL, the whole 9 yards, snipe away, the credit goes to those in the arena, not the sidelines, TR said that, and JFK quoted him,God bless him.

Hey... I certainly wish you luck, and would think you're idiots if you didn't try. That said, I don't see it happening realistically speaking. You will be matched and compared to other fractionals and charter ops flying 6-12 seat airplanes. I know NJ brings in a lot of money, but your compitition is no different. Nobody, on a seat/mile basis, is doing this cheaper than NJ... and THATS your comparative for salary.
