And also it appears the last 100 posts of "all is well" and "life is grand" was all just a lie, because as soon as you get upset you're just as cynical as the rest of us.
I know I'll have a good night, my team is 3 outs from winning game 3 and I have the advantage of watching from the sidelines as some of you are surprised 10/250 may not happen, instead of being ticked off.

NJ got their last big raise because they had CitaionShares as a bargaining platform. Since CS is now out if the picture, NJ leads the pack. If you want more you need to compare to major airlines. I believe that was your strategy, but it just doesn't work that way. I'm betting that's why your negotiators took what they could and settled. They knew what an arbitrator would compare your salaries to. You are at the top of the heap for your type of flying. Most pilots would cut off their left nut for the money you make.

Back in 2007? You guys were being paid peanuts. CS was paid way more than NJ. NJ (rightly so) used that as a negotiating tool and you got a mighty raise. I believe that was 2007, but in all fairness it could have been before that. Either way CS at one point set the bar and NJ played off it, as they should.

And apparently you have no idea how to have a cordial debate. Sorry if I am not surprised The outcome was this for the FIRST TA.

Hey... I certainly wish you luck, and would think you're idiots if you didn't try. That said, I don't see it happening realistically speaking. You will be matched and compared to other fractionals and charter ops flying 6-12 seat airplanes. I know NJ brings in a lot of money, but your compitition is no different. Nobody, on a seat/mile basis, is doing this cheaper than NJ... and THATS your comparative for salary.
