So, does it offer captain bypass pay to FOs that are senior to G Capts? Just curious.

NNnnnoooope. Just to a select 20 or so. And that is the LEAST insulting part of it.

So why would the company agree to the extension after the 5 years??? Just turn it down and only pay 2% instead of the bigger increases... The signing bonus will get a lot of guys drooling!

Can someone please summarize in bullet form the main points in the TA for those who don't have access (actual vs. expected)? The reviews from people on multiple forums appear to be somewhat negative but no details are provided.

I can't imagine a sub-par TA stemming the attrition to the legacies and LCCs.
