Pretty much sums it up. I'm disappointed with the outcome, but it's time to move forward.

I'm utterly shocked that 3/4 of the people I call co-worker, voted in this contract. I'm glad we can move on but it doesn't change my level of surprisedness lol.

I will move on as well. In 6 months you won't be able to find anyone who voted yes!!

Heard a rumor that FO pay is uniform and does not change based on aircraft weight/size? Is that correct? Again, 3rd hand info on my end.

Sounds sorta like UPS if true. Is the theory that this could reduce fleet transfers and thus training costs?

Yep. One payscale for all FOs. Most guys will still bid out just for a change in scenery. Ten years in an Encore or Excel is a long time

Is the pay bumped up to the Gulfstream/Global FO level for all or does their pay dip down to the smaller fleet FO pay levels? What is the seat lock time once your are hired or when you switch fleets?

Year 11 now is $122,924, 14 being $139,151 at contact year 4. If the company takes the contract extension option for years 6-8, FO pay tops at $154,343 for all fleets.

Seat lock is 3 years with some exceptions.
What about the bottom half?
