How do we know these people picking up open time are not flying these two day trips for 40 hours credit then dropping two 4 days back into open time to have more days off? That would create a nice snowball for scheduling! Let people do whatever they want. It’s all good. As for the rest of us, be patient and let the nmb do what they do best. Waste time thinking about what to do, release us or more mediation. Don’t give them another thing to think about. (Issuing a TRO) They can’t handle both. They work for the government and do one thing at a time.

As for me, my alerts are off as is my phone. I’ve noticed I’m under a lot less stress not running to Flica anymore when my phone buzzes to check what’s dropped into OT. What’s the point? I was always chasing down some money I didn’t need anyway. I’m fortunate to be in that position, and understand that not everyone can say the same. Looking forward to spending more time with the family.
Enjoy your summer!!

It's amazing as I sit here, flying my line, supporting my family, and hoping for a better contract, to watch a handful of my fellow co-workers pick up these incentivised trips. It must be really easy for them to snag these since I'm one less pilot who is competing against them (ie tripping over my own d!ck to call scheduling). I'm making a personal choice to not give my days off away.
Good on ya my fellow brothers! I'm sure you need the money more than the rest of us. I'll just keep inching by on our current wages as you rake in your 150 hours months. Unity!

Basically everything that's been said on here for the last few pages needs to stop.
We need to not give the company any evidence of a work action, even if it's just talk of not totally maintaining the status quo. We have come too far, and we are too close to being released to Jack it up now!
Just keep doing what you've always done. I know you all are.
