You don't honestly believe we are going to be released do you? I admire your efforts on posting here about aircraft deliveries, but brother we are nowhere close to being released.
Management essentially offed us Spirit rates, and the NMB has since turned their back on us. The NMB, an agency who's sole mission is to absolutely prevent us from striking.

How do we know these people picking up open time are not flying these two day trips for 40 hours credit then dropping two 4 days back into open time to have more days off? That would create a nice snowball for scheduling! Let people do whatever they want. It’s all good. As for the rest of us, be patient and let the nmb do what they do best. Waste time thinking about what to do, release us or more mediation. Don’t give them another thing to think about. (Issuing a TRO) They can’t handle both. They work for the government and do one thing at a time.

They didn’t HAVE to swallow anything. Nor do we, TRO or not. We’ll still get a vote at some point. They voted in (by a big majority) what they have now.

True. Very valid point. What I'm trying to get at is that an illegal work action or tro is not going to help us. What we as a group vote yes or no on is a different story.

I don't know if we are going to be released or not. In fact, I don't even have a gut feeling. I'm clueless as to what the board is going to do. What I do know, is an illegal work action won't help us. I believe that the Spirit MEC and NC dropped the ball on preventing the job action that was carried out by a small minority of Spirit pilots
Now, as to the Spirit pilots comment, I have a serious question. If it was enough to really have a significant impact on Spirit’s operation, do you think it really was a small minority? I’m thinking the majority of their pilots stood together and sent a message to management. If just a few pilots decide to perform a work action (whatever that may be) but the majority do not participate, it will likely go unnoticed and make the few look like bad actors.
