That would create a nice snowball for scheduling! Let people do whatever they want. It’s all good. As for the rest of us, be patient and let the nmb do what they do best. Waste time thinking about what to do, release us or more mediation. Don’t give them another thing to think about. (Issuing a TRO) They can’t handle both. They work for the government and do one thing at a time.

They didn’t HAVE to swallow anything. Nor do we, TRO or not. We’ll still get a vote at some point. They voted in (by a big majority) what they have now.

Now, as to the Spirit pilots comment, I have a serious question. If it was enough to really have a significant impact on Spirit’s operation, do you think it really was a small minority? I’m thinking the majority of their pilots stood together and sent a message to management. If just a few pilots decide to perform a work action (whatever that may be) but the majority do not participate, it will likely go unnoticed and make the few look like bad actors.
