are for date-of-signing. I haven't seen anything in regards to the proposed pay increases for years 2, 3, and 4 following DOS. Who knows, the raises in the following years could be substantial. Keep in mind that we're supposedly asking for retro-pay of the DOS rates back to March 31, 2017; and then retro-pay at the LOA67 proposed interim rates from March '16 through March '17. So in actuality we wouldn't be that far behind in straight pay rates. But then we don't have profit sharing (nor do I believe it is part of our ask), so that hurts.
Pick up your phone and call your rep to ask if the negotiating committee is allowing that info to be public. They'll be the best source of info.

This is a question that screams, "I'm uninformed!" Go back and read the 25+ Negotiating Newsletters. I think the negotiating committee has explained clearly the strategy in play. Average all the 320 rates available in the profile section of this forum and then tell me if you think $245/hr is low. Plus, there's more to annual income than just the hourly rate.

Just a minor correction...at Delta, there is no guarantee for line holders, but the guarantee for reserves is based on the average line value...this month on the Airbus Captain in NYC its 78 hours. As a line holder, there is a line construction window which is +/- 7.5 hours of the Average line value....it's very convoluted but it's never been 65 hours. For reserves, its typically 72-75 hours, but can be 78 hours. I think 72 is the lowest. Some regular lines can be built in the 67-68 hour range but they are usually the last crappy lines built before PBS can't build any more lines.

WTf...Get your head out of your a$$ and digest the fact that this forum is NOT for discussing privileged internal ALPA business. I'd certainly say that negotiating strategy would qualify as privileged. Would you not?

Averaging is not how pattern bargaining should work. You leapfrog to the top and then they leapfrog you.
If $245 is the top (12 year I assume) it is low. Especially since AA and UAL open again in the next year or so. Also virgin/Alaska seeing a contract in the next month and jetblue and spirit as question marks. I'd say based on pay alone $245 is quite low. And how can you even have room to negotiate off of that?
The far right column is another delay tactic. Money should be all at DOS with inflationary increases after that.
I don't know what you guys are proposing for retirement but a 16% DC is industry standard.
Don't forget the most important section. SCOPE!

Dude, look in the mirror. That image you see is what a troll looks like. All of your comments are negative and unproductive. Go find something else to do.
