I also told them that a contract subpar to JetBlue would not fly. So far, this AIP is subpar to JetBlue and they caved on PBS.
Previous closed sections were no longer considered closed or TA'd thus we have no idea what this AIP will look like..yet

There is not an AIP yet and you have nothing to make that judgment on.

I at least know the top, year 12 rates

Old ask was 245CA, 167FO
New ask. 266CA, 181FO

I believe the new ask would be top of the industry... as in...ain't gonna happen

So $14/ hour less than JetBlue I believe. I’m not sure if that includes their $13.00/red eye flying.

The original ask/pay rates are in the special negotiations update Email dated 9/2/16.
I spent a couple hours today finding those rates, the 8/25/18 new proposal rates and ran some numbers to determine what the LOA 67 pay should be. I ran these #’s based on a very conservative pay rate increase of 10% and 15% differentials prorated to the date that was due. Although I strongly feel LOA 67 should be settled separately from section 6 negotiations and signing bonus, I don’t think that is what we will see. Just wanted to get an idea of what the actual signing bonus would be worth minus what a ball park LOA 67 value should be when the next detailed communication comes out.
I am sure it will be pennies on the dollar. We shall see??
