At this point the only people that would be ignorant enough to post stuff about our current negotiations on here are completely disengaged and uninformed, don't have a clue because they don't work at F9, or are trying to bait certain discussion topics. Call your reps if you want to know what's going on. They're 100% ready to catch you up and answer any questions!

Sounds like the NC has been busy.
"Frontier Pilots:
Our Negotiating team was at the bargaining table in New York City last week, and the talks continue today into the second week. There have been many long days, including working over the weekend. Please stand by for a more comprehensive Negotiating Committee update after the session is completed this week."

Sounds like our NC team had a tiring two weeks. If you get a chance please thank them.
And let's remember that October begins in a couple days, with another week of mediated sessions due inside the next 30 days. It sounds like substantial progress was being made and the clock simply ran out. Does this excuse the company for purposely stalling until the final weeks of scheduled mediation, absolutely not! Was it the company's plan to make "substantial progress" in the final weeks of mediation to further stall negotiations, probably! However, although I don't agree with the NMB's decision to schedule further sessions, I understand why they did so. We need more time on the clock to reach an impasse (or agreement). This proposed week of mediation in October may be the last week, period.
We are still playing this correctly. How do I know? Because we haven't been "iced" like the Spirit MEC.
Speaking of Spirit, let's keep an eye out for any fellow co-workers that might compromise our positive image for the NMB. The Spirit pilots know how some bad apples can land their group with temporary restraining order. Our pilot group has remained exceptionally professional at a time where our management has displayed behavior unfit for any airline.
If you spot any bad apples, tell them to "knock it off!" The company would love to have their own TRO on our pilots for perceived work actions. Stay the course!
NOTE: As a reminder our MEC has asked us to not negotiate on public forums. I think we can bash the company or talk timelines, but let's not have an open discussion about what you'd be willing to accept in a new contract.

So lets see Frontier GET to the point of turning down a 43% increase before you act like "getting iced," as the Spirit NC did, means they did something incorrect.
