They’re gonna push this thing until they can’t possibly push it any more. They will count on the fact that the MEC and NC are tired of this and will send it to us where they hope 51% of us will all be so tired and frustrated that we say ok. That is when THEY need the deal done. Every time I think of this I get re-energized. Not on my watch and not if I can help it. I want the NC and the MEC and reps to know I am willing to fight. I will turn down a bad deal so don’t send it. We are entering a new phase, the survey info is in. We are readjusting and regrouping. Now we start the real fight. I am 100% READY!!!! Are you?

I’m willing to vote no if I have to, but I’m losing any hope of us finding a light at the end of this tunnel of purgatory. People not showing up to cover their growth plans is the only thing I see that moves the needle.
So I’ll say it again...drive that Strike Bus to the GO and host a Q&A with people coming out of the interview.

Man I hope you guys are flying very safe in this time of stress.
Coming to work in that kind of environment can lead to mistakes. Better make sure you follow all the SOP’s, taxi and fly safe!

Yes, everyone needs to be taking their time and not rushing for anything, half of the initial W & B pink sheets I get are wrong! How this place is keeping our on time performance above 50% is beyond me. It’s time for everyone to be as diligent as ever in flying sop’s and taxing per the guidelines in the AIM. It is all out war against BB and Indigo. Protect yourselves!
