What's really sad is that management could fix this very quickly with a new contract. (If that's what's going on at NK). But the company would rather spend time, money, and effort in paying their lawyers to go after the pilots instead of just sitting down and busting out a contract and fixing the root of the problem.
At lease we know what we at F9 have to look forward to.

Was the intimidation spoken of in the injunction sanctioned by the union leadership at NK? Because our leadership has repeatedly asked us not to go down that road.
Courage doesn't have to look foolhardy. This pilot group has everything it takes to get a fair contract by following the ONLY process that is proven to work.
This isn't ALPA's first rodeo. We looked tight on the 19th!

True. It won't solve any problems. I think we are in for a very long haul. I'd keep your apps updated in the meantime. Frontier sucks a lot. And don't tell me about how great the crews are. They are fine, just like everywhere else.
