Why are you looking at the May award when there’s already been a June award and there’s an open bid right now? Anything about new bases, or who’s getting the growth is speculation. All you have to do is look at the bottom names in Flica. The FACTS are after the most recent bid that takes effect in June the plugs are:

CHI- 3/2018
DEN- 12/2017
LAS- 3/2018
MCO- 10/2017

Will most new hires go to LAS? Maybe. Will LAS continue to grow even though it is now roughly the size of CHI and MCO? Maybe. Will people upgrading allow for movement to other bases at the bottom? Maybe.

Interview scheduled for middle of May. Provided I was hired and out of training by middle of July any idea how long it would take to get ORD as a base?

Came out 2 days ago, but yes....no upgrades this vacancy. Sucks for guys commuting across 3 time zones to sit reserve.

Yeah I saw that. That 2 year upgrade the former CP told my class was a total load of crap... prob 3.5 years if we are lucky. This place is a dumpster fire. One minute they say upgrades and hiring full throttle into the future then, all hands on deck no upgrades last 2 summers limited hiring. Fool me once shame on you, try to fool us 3 times mgmt is f@#$ing liars.

Yep no upgrades does stink, glad to see +22 FOs though and no more FOs taken from Denver for Vegas.

Because I was quoting a guy looking at April and was simply showing we do move backwards. Speculating based on what it’s done in the past or even what it’s doing today is never wise. Keep it classy.
