No need to strike
If this management team can’t run an airline when the weather is clear and a million, What will happen when there is actually weather or something? I can almost guarantee the effects will be far worse than any strike. Word has it, B.B. is on his way out the door. The operation is crippled, we are understaffed, the pilot group is the once again tasked to pick up the slack, vacations canceled and they are non stop calling to junior assign.
Realistically, how long can this go on for? What happens when there is a blizzard and the minimum wage ground crew walks off the job again to go work at In and Out Burger or Costco for twice the pay and benefits?

It's amazing what showing up for a trip is like these days. I equally feel bad for the poor souls trying to do their job in mx control, dispatch, and scheduling. Brutal.
Why do these airline execs run their operation into the dirt before they unscrew stuff? It's ridiculous and unnecessary it seems. Does this mean we're close? It definitely seems untenable, and there's a lot of risks involved in coming to work now.

OR, BB came to his senses, realized that paying us a fair market wage would clean up the operation, approached Indigo about it, but was instantly demoted by Frankie. Then he was secretly sent to some 3rd world country to run some other sh!tbag startup to whipsaw us next year over aircraft orders.
