Honestly, it's not us that should be worried...
It should bother everyone that UAL, SWA, DAL flies broken aircraft because they're getting compensated appropriately. Our compensation has no correlation to how we SHOULD be flying our aircraft.
Missing screws would never ever be an issue if they were always written up when seen.
Problem is, a standard had been set where that **** was carried to an MX base or hub to "get the job done."

I was on a flight, and the Captain wrote up a bunch of stuff.
The flight was delayed, so I wanted to get him fired.
He spent almost two months off during the investigation.
ALPA, Maintenance, etc. concluded they were legitimate Maintenance write ups.
So he is back flying with a 2 month paid vacation. but I got their pensions.

Please someone explain.......
How exactly can Indigo's management (or anyone for that matter) find out the identity of those on APC calling for illegal "work actions" when all one has to do is register an account on this website from a random Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts wifi.
You are making this sound like these turds would go to the same lengths to track you down like the Secret Service would if you were using the internet to threaten the POTUS with bodily harm. Seriously??
Ok.....so they traced your IP address (only after a lengthy court order I presume), but all that would say is that you registered (and posted?) from "Starbucks on Main St in Anytown, USA". Nothing more.
Even then..........as I alluded to earlier in this thread, what if its the 13 yr old kid, who is the nephew of an F9 pilot who is posting this?? Are they really going to go after a minor child civilly? C'mon.
Lastly, those claims that were made by a few posters here about pilots being sued personally............
Surely, they were calling for illegal action in a far more visible and identifiable way than what the OP of this thread is doing, right?
Am I missing something??
I'd think that to rise to that level of being easily identified and visible, one would have to set up a FB page from your home wifi, or even go so far as to threaten other pilots, possible even in a face to face manner.
I'm the last person to be an expert on this, so set me straight if I'm wrong in anything I'm stating here.

Again, what if its the 13 yr old nephew of an angry F9 pilot who is registering and posting? Then what?

The point is not for a one time poster, anyone with a significant post history leaves plenty of bread crumbs along the way that can be constructed to paint a pretty good picture of who you are, especially if you have a seniority list from which to narrow the field.

Convince the judge it’s more likely the 13 year old made all the posts in your posting history. Might be a hard sell. Keep in mind your going to be deposed and asked direct questions. Lying in a deposition is a criminal matter.
