The scheduling rules essentially create every pilot a reserve pilot. Somehow the NC seems to think that Pat Ryan is going to be fair after implementing this agreement. I suggest that he will manipulate the pilots non-stop just to make our lives horrible. The scheduling section is by far the weakest language I have seen.
The LTD is a joke. Actually a benefit decrease by percentage.
Health care is now max 30% out of pocket for an already substandard health insurance.
The radification bonus does not make us whole. It is about 38% of what we are due regardless of the NC statements.
The DC is not “in the pattern”. Not by a long shot.
The pay rates are sure to be the bottom of the industry for the next 7-8 years that we will be operating under this contract. Effective rates? How does this help a 75 hour pilot.
No matter how you slice it, this contract is sure to solidify F9 pilots as the lowest paid pilots of Airbus A319/A320/A321 equipment.
Extremely disappointed with NC and MEC.

So my question is this...you are on a 4 day trip. On day 2 you are struck by an asteroid. Are you still pay protected for the remainder of the trip? I can’t seem to find any language that covers this.
I gotta say I was leaning yes but now I am strong NO!!!
We could go through a year long meteor shower and be pelted by hundreds of asteroids. I really think they overlooked this one!

this guy gets it! Asteroids CANNOT be overlooked with this management! Loose language = no vote! You weaklings willing to cave for a quick buck are pathetic! We DESERVE better! We would basically become Pt. 91 cargo pilots with this deal! I'm not just a NO, I'm a HARD NO! Wait, that's not strong enough. I'm a 10000% NO, with 3 lanyards, 2 pins, and a screenshot of my no!

Language matters and it’s just not here in this deal. Frontier WILL exploit any loopholes (or in this case license to reassign at will). If you don’t mind reassignments on a regular basis then I see your point, but I sometimes bid certain trips based on the layover, especially the ones at home.
