It sucks. With your spelling it should be a good fit for you.

Yeah I saw my spelling error after I posted and couldn't change it. Thanks for the invaluable information.

Honestly...not sure anymore. Besides last month, the previous 6 were pretty rough with the company treating us quite poorly. The couple years before that it was so so, some trips were fine others not so much, but still a poorly managed airline. Now that we passed this contract the pay increase will make some things a little more tolerable (though we're still at the bottom of the industry), but we allowed the company to put some loopholes in the contract that could make it worse for us. Time will tell. If you have anything specific feel free to PM.

Is there anywhere the new pay scales are posted? Are new hires still responsible for their own lodging during training? Thanks for any information!

I get the anxiousness for more info but we just found out ourselves today that it passed.

If you peruse the Frontier Negotiations thread, the rates are posted there just a few pages back. As far as hotels, that info can be found on just about all of the other threads listed (which indicates that you didn’t even try and research any)...

Yeah, the pay is definitely in the Negotiation thread but here you go. There was no new language added for lodging in training. So yes you are still on your own.
