Let's be real, the NMB did nothing. We voted it in and agreed as a group that this is what we are worth. We did it to ourselves.

100% agreed. Unfortunately it will likely never be undone unless one of us changes business models.

They only made sure our biggest bargaining chip was a fantasy.

🙄 They said we are basically Spirit. That’s what they did to us. We may have voted on it, but it wasn’t going to changed much thanks to the NMB.

Yes, yes we are. We are an ULTRA Low cost carrier.

We are NOT:
Alaska
Jet Blue
SouthWest
Any Legacy

That’s why the NMB classed us with Spirit for contract comparison. People don’t seem to understand that.

I understand what you are saying, you are not understanding what I am saying. You think that the only leverage we had was the NMB. Well the NMB did absolutely nothing in helping us get this contract, what they think of us is irrelevant.

Yes Frontier Airlines Inc. operates under the model of a ULCC. That is proving to be a very successful and lucrative business model. This airline is more profitable than any of the airlines you mentioned.

It doesn't matter if the NMB, ALPA, or God classed up with Spirit for contract comparison. The only people who had a voice that mattered was us. It wasn't until we collectively voted this contract in that WE agreed that we were worth no more than Spirit. Take some responsibility and stop trying to pass it off to intangibles.

Your missing a part. With the NMB stating where we belong, the company gave us a contract in that “area”. We could have voted No, but we were not going to get more then Spirit. The company already showed it wasn’t going to negotiate in good faith, so if we voted no they would have held out and just kept us at our new rates until they sweetened the pot maybe $2? They won.

Either way, it’s pay raise day. Enjoy that, I will.
