Reassignment language was in effect 1/16, The “app” has nothing to do with reassignment, it has to do with the pilot being available to respond to the company’s attempt at contact. Once the app is up and running, the pilots will be required to be contactable.

No more paper bid packets, hard copies of pay reports, hard copies of the cba. I know some folks used them but IMHO, complete waste of paper, and something that should have happened a decade ago. You can still print a copy if you like. V files are going away too. Now, in all fairness, it is hard to say that we need to join the modern ages of “paperless” bid packets and electronic pay statements, when this company won’t pay for company emails, but hopefully BB is a short timer and indigo is planning to IPO at least part of F9. Maybe then we could get a management group that could invest more than a nickel in infrastructure, not holding my breath though.

Default DC and 401K match

Is this one and the same?

APC has 401K match of 12% and increasing to 15%.

Then under A/B, says 12% DC.

Thanks.

Careful when does that 15% kick in? I bet it doesn’t state 15% at DOS

This is how we are still screwed at B6...this language right here. We still do tons of these fvkin trips and it sucks...like 18,19,20 hr 4 days.

This isn’t correct. Unless day 4 blocks in before 00:46, Jetblue doesn’t have any 4 days less than 20 hours. The ADG takes care of that.

COMMENT:
"Are you suggesting that if we had voted ALPA in lets say 2 years earlier our amendable date would somehow have changed? We started negotiations the day our contract permitted (I believe it was one year early opener). Doesn't really matter for the reasons I mentioned earlier. No way no how would any reasonable person vote in a union that your fighting in a relative seniority list battle before thats done. I take back what I said. Theres really no valid points to your earlier post. Its all mumbo jumbo."

RESPONSE: 2015, not 2013.
