Yes and yes.

You can get $36 a month for parking.
You must try 2 flights that arrive 1 hour prior to report time

They’re not offering the IRS report; it’s just a list of where you went and when. There’s an FAQ on the ‘Recent Updates’ menu...

Federal itemizing eliminated......

States where you can still itemize on your state return.......AL, AR, CA, HI,IA,MN,NY or PA!
