Why? Considering coming here now? Let’s just say nothing is industry leading or even average.

Closed minded enough to realize that there are other sides of aviation that pay worse or have worse work rules. F9 is a step up for a lot of pilots. Accept that.

Unfortunately there will be the salty dogs that no matter what they get it will be the worst.

So F9 matched Spirit's pay?

Pretty much, yeah.

Our new contract goes longer into the future, so the top pay rates do go higher than Spirits, but that's mostly just because the 3% raises go another year.

Just so you know, 1st year pay is 57 and second year pay is 107

Ed Force One 01-13-2019 05:33 PM

How many years is the contract? I heard someone say it was 8 years, but surely they can't be serious.

HeisenbergBlue 01-13-2019 05:34 PM

It’s 5. The people who say 7-8 are being overly dramatic.
