Default Meet the Chiefs

Anyone been to a Frontier Meet the Chiefs event? Anything to know ahead of time? What were your general impressions?

Expect to spend a good part of the day there; you'll get time to meet several folks from HR and the CP Office informally before the presentation and then a 15 minute face to face.
They'll send you a paperwork packet in advance; PRIA, Work History etc. Note the Drivers License check has to be Notarized.
Based on your 15 minutes in front of HR or a Pilot Recruiter you may receive an offer to interview onsite, or one later in Denver. They only have a handful of spots for the onsite interview.
It's a good opportunity to get a taste of the organization and growth plans, meet some people and sell yourself.
Good luck. PM if you want more..

A hiring event at the fastest growing airline in its most shrinking/stagnant domicile.

If you attend and plan to make ORD your home try to get a straight answer on their plans for the domicile. Every new base that opens shrinks ORD and there’s always speculation that it will close some day.

I also went to the PHL one. It was well ran and very informative. Of the ~50-55 pilots there, 7 received interviews that day (6 CJOs). HR mentioned they anticipated that about 70% of those that attended would receive an invite in Denver.

If you want an interview, I highly recommend you attend one. Email HR for more info, [email protected], and they send you the paperwork.

As if there's such a thing as a strait answer.

If you have any interest in the company, I highly recommend one of these events. Be sure to email HR for the hiring docs, as mentioned above.

So I emailed them and asked them for a little more information and all they sent me was the flyer. So as the flyer stated, email them if you are interested in attending or if you have any questions, so i did and asked for specifics as to what to do in order to attend/get an on site interview and I have yet to hear back from them..do you have to register for the event or just show up with resumes and log books in hand?

You asked a dumb question, so I'm not shocked you're not getting a response. The flyer literally tells you what to do.🙄
