Right, I get this. Do the math, the amount we are hiring + new hires/upgrades + new base staffing/new flying. It doesn’t add up

Since Indigo took over, the company has more than doubled in size. And the seniority list has grown by 1,000 pilots. But you guys act like none of that is real and it's all just fluff talk.

Everything that comes out of management's mouth is all BS until it physically happens. The company continues to use "double in size by 2026" numbers at recruiting events, and yet we are scheduled to have only 170 aircraft on property by 2026, which I find hard to believe at this rate. Spirit is growing twice the speed we are.

All smoke and mirrors!!!!

Every other airline went through the same thing, and we were supposed to weather that storm the best, come out the other side with market share, and new hires rolling.

We've grown by 1000 pilots? It was supposed to be 1500 by now.

Face it man, the company has consistently under delivered on their growth numbers for years now.

I saw that. I have 1 share of ULCC through Robinhood just for the hell of it. I let the guys at Mountain Capitol do my investing but it does look like a good investment. I read some articles that thought the stock was a solid buy, I just wonder why it went so low...

Because the stock has 2.1M shares that are shorted (as of 6/15), and growing. It's well below it's IPO price, and when you see 750k volume on a day the stock is down, that tells you that the stock is getting hammered.

Look at the daily short volume (most recent info), it's around 25%. Meaning that 1 out of every 4 shares traded these last couple weeks, is a short sell.

Hedge funds are betting against the valuation, plain and simple.

Seeing what the typical time frame between completing the assessment from outmatch and interview invite assuming all went well?

I have looked and only found response to this question dated pre COVID. Thanks I’m advance.

Last I heard (about 2 weeks ago) they were still working through interviewing the pre-COVID job fair attendees. Interviews have slowed a little due to a fairly sizeable pool now. Anticipated class dates for current interviewing candidates is Dec.

I received an invite to interview 8 days after completing the assessment. Felt like forever!
