Were you one of the pre-COVID job fair attendees, or did you apply more recently?

I applied about 2 months ago, did the online assessments about 1 month ago, but nothing since.

I would hope the assessments weren't the issue--I don't think I'm a psycho or moron...

I applied during the last window in March. I would suggest reaching out or replying to the invitation to assessment email to follow up. Good luck.

Definitely follow up. They want people who want to be at Frontier.

I absolutely agree! It's absurd that we are required to credit 70 hours. Yet another way management treats us like a regional airline.

This is so funny. What's the average monthly credit average for a Frontier pilot...like 95 hours or something? Premium gets snapped up milliseconds after it drops. The number of max credit bidders WAY out strips the min bidders every single month. I don't think a minimum of 60/70 hours is bothering very many. That being said, with the historical practice of so many more pilots at Frontier picking up extra flying, it wouldn't hurt to have a lower (or zero) floor for the VERY few who would take advantage of it.

I would be fine with 60 all year round. 70 can be a pain depending on your scenario that month.

yup. 50 was our original proposal. There was a time prior to negotiations when the company didn’t care much if you went below 70. There were a handful that would do it regularly. Maybe 7 or 8, Everyone else way over 70.

company was fine with 50 hours if the ability to drop was tied to net reserve availability (like it is everywhere else)

Which then reserve coverage is normally thinned out so that you aren’t able to drop anyway.
