July 2021 domicile trade request. posted april 19, closed april 26, awarded april 26.
System bid 2021-04 posted april 26.
November 2021 domicile trade request. posted july 27, closes aug 3, awarded aug 3??
System bid 2021-07(08) will post hopefully aug 3?? after base trades awarded.
So lets give it until aug 4 to see if there will be a september class or not.
now for IOE getting cancelled. supposedly do to a paperwork problem and the director was not in the office last week. now that he is back lets see if its actually a paperwork problem.
