Can you explain this a little bit better? Is it 3 blocks of 6 reserve days grouped sort of together? Is it short- or long call reserve?

6 on, 6-7 off

Sounds like the hiring window is closed till fall, and all people in the pool have a class date. They just have to hang out because there is no one else in class so they won’t be losing seniority.
They have to hire, the planes are still coming. Just a lull as they figure out how the contract works. Expect another lull early next year when PBS come on line.
