The best deal with the new reserve rules imo would be to do just that with a trip that finishes early on a day off. That leg plus any tafb rig pays above guarantee.

United has this and I know several pilots that love it.

The only time they can say no is when adding into a block of rdp. They should only say no if the grid is bad. This all assumes it’s 117 and buffer legal.

I completely agree on the 82. Personally I wanted it gone for a higher pay rate. Unfortunately polling data showed pilots wanted to keep it and quite frankly it would have be viewed as a concession if it went away.

Why anyone wants to work over 82 is beyond me. Get a life. Lower your overhead. Life is short, enjoy it away from work. Lol

Maybe worry about yourself and let others do the same?
Options are nice.

Why anyone wants to pry into what someone else credits is beyond me. Get a life, worry about yourself. Life is short, enjoy it how you choose.

When is the grid ever good? How many times have they said no even when it’s a contractual right? I’m not really sure why anyone thinks because we have a new cba that anything will change... it’s laughable... and what’s even more pathetic is the union isn’t even going after monetary damages for grievances filed for the start of the contract... They want to “work with the company” to make sure the contract is implemented properly... they just invite bull$hit...

Get ready to wear hats too.... the company wants that now... it says in section 18, “at the pilots option, a hat may be purchased”... watch the union cave on that one and not get us anything...

Oh... My.... God....

HATS!!!

That’s it... I’m out here. If I wanted to look like a pilot, I’d dress up as one for Halloween.

What’s next... Wings on our shirts!?

Wait....... 🙄
